What Welljot collects

Welljot does not collect personal data, create advertising profiles, track you, or include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. There is no Welljot account.

Where your data lives

Tasks, notes, projects, areas, checklists, and attachments are stored on your devices. If you enable iCloud sync, Apple CloudKit stores and syncs that content in your private iCloud account. Welljot's developer cannot read it.

Screenshot recognition

Text recognition runs on your device with Apple's Vision framework. A screenshot you capture can be saved as an attachment to the tasks it creates. Welljot does not upload screenshots to its own servers.

Apple system features

Notifications are scheduled locally. Widgets, Shortcuts, Apple Watch, and iCloud use Apple system services and are governed by Apple's privacy policy and your device settings.

Your control

You can edit or delete content at any time, turn off iCloud sync in Welljot settings, and manage notification or iCloud permissions in Apple system settings. Deleting Welljot content removes it from the app and, when sync is enabled, from your private iCloud database.

If this policy changes, the updated version and effective date will be published on this page.
