Welljot is designed to need very little setup. These are the few places worth checking when something feels off.

Why is a task not appearing on another device?

Confirm that every device uses the same Apple Account, iCloud Drive is enabled, and iCloud sync is turned on in Welljot. Then open Welljot briefly on each device.

How do I capture a screenshot with the Action Button?

Create a Shortcut that takes a screenshot and passes the image to Welljot’s Capture Screenshot action. Assign that Shortcut to your iPhone Action Button. Welljot recognizes the text on-device and creates the tasks automatically.

Why did a task go to Inbox?

When Welljot cannot find a clear date in what you captured, it keeps the task safe in Inbox. Add a date whenever you want it to appear in Today or Upcoming.

How do I reset notification access?

Open Apple Settings, choose Notifications, select Welljot, and adjust Allow Notifications. Welljot schedules reminders locally on your device.
